A range of waste management equipment is central to our strategy of helping our customers to recycle agricultural and industrial waste packaging materials, including plastic and cardboard.

Waste balers are an efficient and cost-effective waste management solution, ideally suited to industrial recycling applications. Waste volumes can be reduced by up to 90%, reducing or removing the need for expensive and unsightly skips. Using a waste baler to compress waste into mill-sized bales creates an opportunity to generate a small cash income from selling to a recycler; in the current climate, waste plastic is especially in demand.

The Agri-mac waste baler range offers a variety of baling machines to suit every application, from space-saving vertical balers to horizontal waste balers capable of handling substantial quantities of waste material. All are robust, easy to use and can be sited outdoors.

We have recently expanded the Agri-mac range with the addition of bottle crushers, can compactors, a drum crusher and a bin press. Like our waste balers, these systems offer the potential for increased efficiency and more cost-effective disposal of waste material.

Agri-mac horizontal balers are designed for high-capacity baling with minimal labour costs. Fully automatic operation includes material feeding, bale compaction, tying and ejection to produce high-density commercial bales at 2 to 12 tonnes per hour.

The Agri-mac bin press maximises the utilisation of commercial waste bins. Reduced frequency of emptying - and/or fewer bins - improves efficiency and delivers real cost savings.

The Agri-mac range now includes two compactors for smaller cans, and a heavy-duty drum crusher for the disposal of large quantities of metal drums. The oil filter crusher can be conveniently located in any workshop area for rapid compaction of used filters, and we offer a regular collection service for the compressed filters.
