Waste Balers and Crushers

Cut the cost of waste disposal!  Agri-mac balers and crushers reduce the volume of waste material by as much as 90%, enabling you to get rid of your waste - and improve your recycling profile - at a considerably reduced cost.

Balers are ideal for minimising the cost of disposal of waste materials such as plastic and cardboard.  We have a waste baling machine to suit every business, from space-saving vertical balers to horizontal balers capable of handling substantial throughput. The larger models produce mill-size bales, creating the opportunity to generate a cash income from selling to a recycler.

The Agri-mac range also includes crushing systems for metal cans and drums, glass and plastic bottles and used oil filters plus a bin press and bag press for compacting general waste. Like our balers, these systems offer the potential for greater efficiency in the storage, handling and transportation of waste and can realise significant cost-savings.

Agri-mac waste balers come in a range of sizes, covering a wide variety of applications. Models V400, V550 and V600 produce mill-size bales making them ideal for users seeking to turn waste into cash.  Multi-chamber models for concurrent baling of different materials, a heavy-duty machine for baling tyres and a plastic bottle baler are also available.

Agri-mac DC10 crushes drums to one sixth of their original size

Oil Filter Crushers

OFC10 crushes oil filters to a fraction of their original size

Agri-mac oil filter crushers can be located in any workshop area for rapid compaction of used filters. The OFC10 is a great all-rounder which handles the majority of commonly-used filters while the MG15 TFL will take larger filters in its stride and can also squash waste cans.

Bottle Crushers

Agri-mac BC05 smashes high volumes of glass bottles for cheaper storage and disposal

An Agri-mac bottle crusher can generate huge savings simply by reducing the volume of waste material prior to transportation to the disposal point.  The BC05/BC06 safely smashes glass bottles to small, space-efficient pieces, while the BP40 presses large volumes of plastic bottles into neat, compact bales.
