We're pleased to announce that, with effect from 1 June 2006, Agritel has taken on the business goodwill of Oswestry-based stationery supplier C P Technical Solutions. We shall offer the same range of quality stationery products previously supplied by CP Technical Solutions, with the longer-term goal of adding new product lines according to customer demand.

Agritel has been supplying industrial packaging materials since 2001, operating throughout the UK but with a core client base in Shropshire, mid-Wales and the Marches. We aim to attract and retain business by offering value for money products backed by good old-fashioned customer service. We believe that our new stationery store complements and enhances our established activities.

Machinery ring Eastern Agrilink is the latest farming business to develop a self-help solution to plastics disposal issues arising from the new Agricultural Waste regulations. Two members of the ring have each purchased an Agri-mac V250 mobile baling machine from Agritel, designed to compact farm plastics into manageable bales for recycling.

Eastern Agrilink reports strong interest in the service, which offers on-site compacting and the required audit trail. It will be provided by Byford Farm Services and R M Simeon.
